What is a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)?
The QEP is a multi-year transformative campus endeavor to improve student learning. It is a new part of the requirements as UMMC begins the process of reaffirming our institutional accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
The QEP is an opportunity to develop a project over the next several years that will enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of student learning by focusing on one issue that can improve student learning. This broad-based institutional process will provide an additional avenue for us to accomplish our mission of providing quality health care providers for the state of Mississippi.
